Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • Experience in school-based settings
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Delmar, DE

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to facilitate student support
  • Provide direct therapy services and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify students requiring intervention
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and staff meetings
