Location: Delaware, OH

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents.
  • Provide direct therapy to students requiring speech and language intervention.
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Active Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Previous experience working in schools, particularly with pediatric populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team of educators and support personnel.
