Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility preferred
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in individual or group settings
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on student progress and service delivery
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
• Educate teachers and family members on supporting students speech and language goals
