Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Previous experience in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Location: Cottonwood, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and student progress
  • Work closely with other specialists to ensure comprehensive support for students needs
