A dedicated Speech Language Pathologist is sought for a full-time, contract role serving K-12 students across multiple district locations in Concord, AR. This position provides a unique opportunity to support diverse learners in a collaborative school environment during the 2026-2027 school year.
Location: Concord, Arkansas 72523
Job Type: Contract, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week
Age Group: K-12 students across multiple district sites
Duration: School Year 2026-2027
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Arkansas Speech-Language Pathology License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience in providing services in school settings (K-12)
- Effective in both direct and teletherapy service delivery models
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates with supervision arrangements considered
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders among K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Provide teletherapy services as needed, ensuring effective virtual communication
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
