A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for a travel assignment in Commerce City, CO, supporting K8 students in a school setting. This role offers part-time hours (20 per week) from ASAP through the end of the school year, providing a chance to apply specialized skills in pediatric speech and language therapy within a collaborative educational environment.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Special Education Teacher to design efficient daily schedules, coordinate testing, and plan annual Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. The SLP will maintain accurate caseload records and deliver targeted speech and language interventions through resource room, inclusion, or pullout services. Working closely with staff and families, the SLP helps drive student progress and achieve IEP goals.

Ideal candidates hold a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and possess an active state license or are eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience with at-risk or special education students is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills are essential to success in this role.
