Key Qualifications:

  • Active and valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
  • Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
  • Knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and goal writing for K-12 populations
  • Proficiency in in-person and/or teletherapy models

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments for speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services that drive measurable progress
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Engage with staff and parents to support student communication goals
  • Provide mentorship or support to CFY candidates or new graduates, as appropriate
