Candidates with experience or expertise in delivering SLP services in schools, healthcare environments, pediatrics, and working with a broad age range will excel in this position.
What were looking for:
- Valid SLP license for the state of Illinois
- PEL (Professional Educator License) certification
- Background in schools, pediatrics, and healthcare settings is a plus
- Excellence in communication, collaboration, and organization
- Dedication to providing high-quality, individualized care
In this position, you will:
- Evaluate and treat students with speech, communication, and language disorders
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Complete required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Serve as a key resource and advocate within the school setting
