Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Illinois
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Professional Educator License with the Proper School Service Personnel (PSC) credential
• Previous experience in a K-12 educational setting preferred
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to students individual needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services to a varied K-12 student population
• Assess, develop, and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) based on student needs
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance with state and federal education regulations
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students

This full-time contract position includes a 32.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, with caseload details to be determined.
