Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience working in K-12 educational environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Proficient in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
  • Participate as a full-time member of the speech team
  • Facilitate communication and provide guidance to staff regarding students' speech and language needs
  • Travel between two school buildings as required
