Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting Early Childhood/PreK students as a contract speech-language pathologist for the upcoming school year. This role offers a chance to work closely with young learners, making a direct impact on their communication skills and school readiness while leading and supervising an SLPA. The position offers a steady, full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, providing a structured and meaningful work experience in a collaborative school-based setting.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Indiana SLP license
• DOE Certification
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Demonstrated ability to supervise an SLPA
• Experience or interest in working with early childhood or PreK-age students preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver direct speech-language therapy services to PreK children
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students communication goals
• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to an assigned SLPA
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust therapy plans as needed
