An opportunity is available for a skilled and dedicated specialist to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Chesterfield, SC. This role focuses on addressing the diverse communication needs of approximately 50 students across 2-3 school locations, ensuring that each child receives the necessary support to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in school settings
• Proficient in teletherapy practices
• Valid South Carolina Educator License
• Strong assessment and intervention skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
