Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or relevant field
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Professional experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary students

• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and relevant state and federal regulations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Provide direct therapeutic services to students requiring speech and language support
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
