Key Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois State License (IDFPR)
  • ISBE PEL with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement
  • Open to first-year SLPs (CFY), with mentorship available
  • Previous experience in school settings or with K-12 caseloads is a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs and advocate for best outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Engage in professional development activities and remain current with best practices in the field
