What you bring:
- Current Ohio Speech Language Pathology License
- Valid Ohio Educator Certification
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience working in a school-based environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility and commitment to student-centered care
Your key responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services in group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate actively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate progress notes, documentation, and compliance with federal and state regulations
