Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Michigan SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- CCC-SLP preferred; CFY considered
- Prior experience with pediatric populations, especially within K-12 school environments, is highly valued
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and deliver therapy tailored to student needs
- Work with a diverse caseload covering elementary, middle, and high school students
- Maintain comprehensive records and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate progress with parents, staff, and support personnel
