Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Burnsville, MN, serving a K-12 school setting for the current school year (CSY) under a contract arrangement. This role requires on-site presence and involves managing a caseload across grades K-12.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in a K-12 school environment.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota Speech Language Pathologist license.
  • Professional experience working as an SLP in a school setting.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with students, families, and staff.
