An exceptional school district in the Bullard, Texas area is seeking a dedicated, passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite contract position within a highly supportive educational environment.
Position Overview
Status: Full-Time, Onsite
Schedule: Consistent school calendar (MondayFriday; weekends, holidays, and school breaks off!)
Caseload: K12 student population (Specific campus and age groups tailored to your experience and district needs)
Primary Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs.
Provide high-quality direct therapy services to eligible students.
Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, administrators, and East Texas families.
Actively participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings and maintain compliant, timely documentation.
Monitor student progress and adjust goals to maximize academic and social success.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Licensure: Active (or eligible) license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) as an SLP.
Experience: Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent clinical writing, strong communication, and robust organizational skills.
