An opportunity awaits for skilled Speech Language Pathologists to support students in a dynamic K-12 educational environment. This full-time position is based in Brooklyn, NY, and focuses on providing direct services to a varied caseload, ensuring that each student receives the necessary support for their communication needs.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech Language Pathologist (CCC).
  • Open to Clinical Fellow candidates.
  • Proven experience in school-based practice.
  • Active NJ Licensure without pending status.
  • Reliable transportation to and from school.

Location:

  • Brooklyn, NY

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided.
  • Conduct group and individual therapy sessions in accordance with IEP requirements.
  • Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to a supportive school community.
