Job Description

Key qualifications:

  • Active Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Experience in school settings is a plus
  • Ability to work full-time, onsite (virtual/remote not an option)
  • Open to working with both general and special education populations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Providing direct therapy services to meet student goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to student support teams
