Job Description

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 25/26 school year at a K-12 school in Boston, MA. This contract role offers an opportunity to work an average of 37.5 hours per week, providing speech and language services to students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs and collaborate with educators and families.
  • Monitor progress and adjust therapy goals as needed to support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory and professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license is required.
  • Proven professional experience working in a school environment.
  • Bilingual skills preferred, but monolingual candidates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
