Youll work as an integral part of a supportive educational team, collaborating with staff and empowering students to achieve their communication goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current SLP license required (must be active and in good standing)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred
• Prior school-based SLP experience strongly desired
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques and approaches to suit individual student needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all learners

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in a high school setting
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, counselors, and parents/guardians
• Maintain accurate documentation, including evaluation reports and progress notes
• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions tailored to a diverse student population
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support planning
