Step into a meaningful contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary-aged students in a vibrant learning environment near Blue Springs, MO. This school-based role tasks you with directly impacting approximately 20 students, working 2-3 days a week in person throughout the academic year from late August through May. Youll collaborate closely with educational teams and families, helping young learners achieve essential communication milestones.

What were seeking:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
• Previous experience serving pediatric and elementary school populations
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to conduct screenings, evaluations, develop IEPs, and deliver engaging therapy
• Comfort working onsite in an elementary school setting
• Familiarity with educational team consultation and parent/teacher engagement

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing assessment, diagnosis, and therapy to elementary students
• Developing, documenting, and monitoring Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborating with classroom teachers and support staff for holistic student growth
• Maintaining up-to-date progress reports and adherence to documentation protocols
• Communicating regularly with families to ensure shared therapy goals
• Adapting interventions to meet each students unique learning needs
