A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available in a K-12 school setting near Kansas City, MO. This contract role offers an opportunity to provide essential speech and language services across the school year to support student communication development.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with state regulations and school policies
• Participate in meetings, IEP development, and ongoing professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Valid Missouri Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Experience working with school-age children in K-12 settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students, families, and staff effectively
• Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize based on student needs
