Step into a dynamic role as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) supporting preschool early intervention services across Carbon and Lehigh Counties. This contract opportunity offers hands-on experience delivering itinerant SLP support, with the potential to work with students from PreK through 12th grade. Though the main office is in Schnecksville, assignments are based throughout the regionflexibility and adaptability are key as caseloads may change throughout the school year.
Key Qualifications:
- Possess an active provisional/temporary Pennsylvania SLP License.
- Completed or enrolled in SLP-CF process.
- Experience with preschool or school-aged children is highly desirable.
- Capacity to commute within Carbon or Lehigh County to in-person assignments.
- Adaptable to potential caseload shifts between preschool and school-age services.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver itinerant speech-language therapy services to preschool early intervention students at various sites within the county.
- Adjust caseload focus as needed throughout the school year, including possible transitions to serve school-age populations.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress in compliance with state and district guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings to best serve diverse student needs.
