Job Description

A K-12 school in Bethlehem, PA is seeking three qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a contracted school year (CSY) position. This role involves providing specialized speech and language services to students, supporting their communication development in line with educational goals.

Qualifications:

  • PDE certification in Speech and Language (Ed Sp/Instructional I) required
  • Valid Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist License preferred
  • ASHA Clinical Competency Certificate (CCC) preferred

Job Details:

  • Position Type: Contract, School Year
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week
  • Age Group: Kindergarten through 12th grade

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy for speech and language impairments in school-aged children
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports to ensure compliance with educational standards
