Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license required
- Clinical experience within school settings, pediatrics, or healthcare preferred
- Strong background or interest in working with TK through 8th grade populations
- Able to provide high-quality services independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience or willingness to deliver support via teletherapy and work with SLP-CFYs is valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and rapport-building skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop customized treatment plans and individualized educational goals
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with legal and ethical guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and make recommendations for classroom accommodations or supports
