Desired skills and qualifications:

• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
• SLP-CCC or CFY accepted
• Experience in school settings, teletherapy, or pedatric speech-language pathology highly valued
• Familiarity supporting diverse student populations K-12
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Capacity to thrive in dynamic, multidisciplinary environments

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Provide direct and indirect therapy services, including individual and group interventions
• Create and maintain accurate, timely documentation on student progress and therapy outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student's unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and review of student goals
• Utilize both in-person and teletherapy approaches to increase the reach and effectiveness of services
