Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working within pediatric or school settings is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of speech/language development and intervention strategies for Pre-K through 5th grade
• Excellent communication abilities and collaborative mindset for working with teachers, administrators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for students with a range of speech and language needs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, tailored for elementary students
• Collaborate with educators and parents to track student progress and develop support strategies
• Maintain accurate records, provide clear documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Offer professional guidance and resources to families and staff regarding communication challenges
