Step into an onsite contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist. Key Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience working within pediatric or school settings is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of speech/language development and intervention strategies for Pre-K through 5th grade
- Excellent communication abilities and collaborative mindset for working with teachers, administrators, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, tailored for elementary students
- Collaborate with educators and parents to track student progress and develop support strategies
- Maintain accurate records, provide clear documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer professional guidance and resources to families and staff regarding communication challenges
