Desired Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin SLP License
- Wisconsin Department of Education (DOE) Certification
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech-language therapy
- Previous experience collaborating within educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse K-12 student population
- Design individualized treatment plans, set measurable goals, and monitor student progress
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in alignment with IEP requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for integrated student care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and reporting
