Job Description

A dedicated professional is sought to provide essential speech-language pathology services in a K-12 school setting. This role focuses on supporting students' communication needs for the 2025-2026 school year, ensuring that each child receives the necessary guidance and intervention to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the school-based service delivery model
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Location:
Bay City, MI

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust therapy as required
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
