Job Description

A full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 educational setting in Aurora, IL. This contract role offers the opportunity to work onsite supporting students across various grade levels with a caseload to be determined.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language services to students in a school environment
  • Manage caseload effectively across assigned grade levels and schools
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress

Qualifications:

  • Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement required
  • Experience or training in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
  • Strong skills in pediatric speech and language disorders, and familiarity with teletherapy practices
  • Ability to manage caseloads both independently and as part of a team

Work Hours and Location:

  • Full-time (37.5 hours per week) or part-time options available
  • Onsite position within a school setting
