This opportunity is for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position specializing in early childhood caseloads. The role is based near Aurora, IL, in an early childhood school setting and offers a contract for the upcoming school year (NSY).
Key qualifications and skills include:
- Valid SLP license required
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy services preferred
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) highly valued
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) advantageous
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders in young children
- Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each childs needs
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress
- Providing therapy services in person and via teletherapy as needed
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services and progress
