Make a difference in the upcoming school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students across K-12 in a collaborative, onsite educational setting. Your skills will be pivotal in addressing a diverse caseload (up to 45 students), collaborating with educators, and fostering inclusive learning environments. Youll work full-time, providing comprehensive speech services in an engaging school community committed to student growth.
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Washington State
- Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Recent experience providing speech services in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and ability to work with K-12 populations
- Completion of OSPI fingerprinting and WA state credentialing prior to start
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Position Details and Responsibilities:
- 37.5 hours per week, August 26, 2026 June 16, 2027
- Serve a K-12 caseload, delivering speech-language therapy tailored to each students needs
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and ongoing support initiatives
- Onsite service delivery only
