Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to support students in a K-12 school setting. This full-time position, based in Auburn, ME, focuses on delivering essential communication services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Maine Speech Language Pathologist License
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy
  • Proficient in teletherapy practices
  • Familiarity with IEPs and school-based therapy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student development
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Provide guidance and support to staff regarding speech and language development
