Job Description

Engaging in a contract position in an educational setting, professionals will provide essential speech-language pathology services to elementary students. This role focuses on supporting a diverse K-4 caseload, addressing various communication needs through direct therapy and collaboration in IEP meetings.

Qualifications:

Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
Experience in school settings, particularly with elementary students
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for speech and language disorders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with IEP processes and direct/indirect service delivery models

Location:

Situated in Ashland, OH, within a vibrant elementary school community

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to test and evaluate students' speech and language abilities
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
Provide direct therapy services and participate in IEP meetings to discuss student progress
