An opportunity is available for skilled professionals to provide essential speech-language services in Asheville, NC. This full-time position involves working across two school locations, serving students from 6th to 12th grade. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive communication support, ensuring that each student receives the guidance they need to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in healthcare and educational settings
  • Proficiency in pediatric speech therapy
  • North Carolina SLP License
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Location:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with state guidelines
  • Provide direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language support

  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation of services provided
