Make a difference in the lives of K-12 students by providing comprehensive speech-language services in a supportive and welcoming educational setting. This full-time, onsite role is located near Arlington Heights, IL, where you will work with an engaging caseload spanning a variety of grade levels.
Your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist will play a crucial part in helping students overcome communication challenges, fostering their academic and social success. Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education teams, and families to create individualized and impactful learning experiences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active Illinois SLP License
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech Endorsement
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Provide direct therapy and monitor student progress with engaging, evidence-based interventions
- Document services and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student success
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district regulations

Compensation for this position ranges from $40.00 to $60.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
