Your role delivers direct assessment and therapeutic services, with a collaborative caseload that spans all grade levels. With a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours, youll partner with educators and families to ensure each student receives tailored support that nurtures their communication skills and academic development.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with Speech Language endorsement (ISBE PEL with SL)
• Current Illinois State License (IDFPR)
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
• New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CF-SLPs) are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services in person to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement IEPs based on student strengths and areas for growth
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to support student progress
• Document interventions, assessments, and progress in compliance with school and state regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development to support effective practices
