Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet a variety of student needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students as required
• Provide evidence-based direct therapy services in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student achievement and generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
• Advocate for students needs and promote effective communication strategies throughout the school community
