Join a dynamic educational environment in Anchorage, AK, as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) serving K-12 students. This onsite, full-time contract position spans the current school year, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student communication development within approximately two elementary school sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct speech-language services to an average caseload of 47 students.
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress.
- Maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with state guidelines.
- Participating in team meetings and professional development as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid Alaska Certification and licensure for SLPs or SLPAs.
- Experience in school-based speech-language services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to supporting diverse student needs.
The role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, structured as 8.5-hour days with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. There are two openings available, with an anticipated duration until May 22, 2026. This position is onsite only, with no option for voice-over contract work.
