Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 public school setting located in Monrovia, CA. This contract role offers the chance to provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population across multiple school sites including Duarte, Bradbury, and Mayflower Village.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy and indirect consultation services
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation consistent with district and state requirements

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Hold a California Speech-Language Pathology License or California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) certification for SLP
  • Possess CCC-SLP certification
  • Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school settings preferred
  • Familiarity with serving students with a variety of communication disorders from K through 12th grade
  • Ability to work on-site full-time (37.5 hours per week)
