Job Description

A school district in Albany, OR is seeking five licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students during the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. These full-time contract positions offer a dynamic caseload and the opportunity to work directly with students in a variety of grade levels. Candidates must be able to provide onsite services and demonstrate a commitment to student growth and communication development.

Position Details:

  • Five Speech-Language Pathologists needed
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Contract duration: 2025-2026 school year
  • Caseloads averaging approximately 50 students
  • Assignments spanning pre-K through 12th grade, based on SLP strengths and expertise
  • Onsite service delivery required

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or valid state SLP licensure
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience in school-based speech therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff effectively

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and group speech-language therapy services to students
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with educational goals
  • Track and document student progress in accordance with school and district policies
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student success
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards
