Job Description

Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2025-2026 school year to provide services in a middle school setting located in Renton, WA. This full-time, contracted position offers a 37.5-hour workweek, starting Fall 2025, supporting a K-12 caseload across multiple schools.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs.
  • Deliver direct service minutes, with a full-time OT expected to provide between 900 and 950 minutes weekly.
  • Manage caseload distributed among 4-5 schools, balancing elementary and secondary student needs.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to develop and implement effective therapy plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist license.
  • ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification.
  • Previous school setting experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt therapy to meet individual student needs.
