Responsibilities:

• Provide interpretation and support for students requiring sign language services, collaborating closely with educational staff.

• Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant discussions to advocate for students needs.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) is required.
• EIPA score of 3.0 or higher.
• Previous experience interpreting in educational settings, particularly with K-12 students, is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
