Begin an impactful career working as a Sign Language Interpreter for a school-based contract position starting August 5th, 2026, and continuing through June 4th, 2027. This role involves providing essential communication support to students in an educational setting, with a standard full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. All services are required onsite, supporting inclusivity and accessibility from within the school environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Hold a valid South Carolina Sign Language Interpreter (SC SLI) qualification.
• Demonstrated proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL).
• Comfortable facilitating communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students, teachers, and school staff.
• Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret spoken language into sign language and vice versa during classroom instruction, meetings, and school activities.
