Job Description

Details:

-Full-time
-Onsite (open to hybrid)
-Gen ed & special ed
-26/27 school year

Responsibilities:

-Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of concern.
-Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement strategies and interventions to support students' academic and social-emotional growth.
-Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with various challenges such as behavioral issues, academic difficulties, and emotional concerns.
-Offer crisis intervention services as needed to address immediate student and school-wide concerns.
-Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of appropriate accommodations and goals for students with disabilities

Job Qualifications:

-Masters degree in psychology
-Must have an active Michigan DOE Psychologist certification
-Must be authorized to work in the US
-Pass background check and drug screening
