As a School Psychologist serving multiple campuses, youll have the opportunity to collaborate with educators, students, and families, providing vital services that foster both academic achievement and personal well-being.
Key Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Current state certification/license for School Psychology
- Previous experience working with elementary and/or middle school students preferred
- Strong skills in assessment, counseling, and intervention
- Ability to manage a caseload across 2-3 school sites
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Commitment to promoting a positive, inclusive school culture
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify students unique strengths and needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide consultation to teachers and staff on effective strategies for supporting student learning and behavior
- Deliver direct services including counseling, crisis intervention, and support for social-emotional development
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RtI) and special education eligibility meetings
- Maintain thorough, confidential records and reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Engage with families to foster open communication and partnership in supporting student success
