Job Description

Location: Tampa, FL

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students across multiple categories including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional/Behavioral Disability, and Specific Learning Disability.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing evaluation findings and recommendations tailored to individual student needs.
  • Actively participate in special education eligibility and Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings, contributing valuable insights and professional expertise.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to develop and implement appropriate intervention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of evaluations and meetings in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Valid school psychologist license or certification in the state of Florida.
  • Proven experience in conducting psychological evaluations in a K-12 setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
