Professionally, youll work with two schools supporting a diverse student populationprimary assessment, consultation, FBA/BIP planning, and occasional support for MTSS and counseling initiatives. The district embraces flexibility with the potential for a hybrid 4/1 schedule (four days onsite, one remote) for an optimal work-life balance.

Qualifications
- Active Virginia Department of Education Certification (VA DOE Cert)
- Current Virginia Psychologist Licensure
- Ability to begin the VA Department of Social Services background check immediately
- Recent negative TB test per state requirement
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and provide consultation services across one elementary and one middle school
- Participate in Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) development
- Occasionally support Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) and collaborate with social workers for counseling needs
- Work a full-time schedule (8:00am3:30pm) with potential for hybrid remote work
